GEM Formula AT-5 sealant...5 year protection, yeah right!

Came across this in the detailing section of another forum. Says it`s lab tested to last up to 5 years. HA!

So they actually waited 5 years to release the product? I don`t think so.

I congratulate them on actually creating step by step of products, but the 5 year claim is highly unlikely... But I haven`t ever own a vehicle that long to see.

I haven`t read much on the stuff, but I have read of a "pro" detailer using it and being happy with it. IIRC he said he got 6 months to a year on cars that weren`t well maintained. However, I think that`s one of the only "reviews" I`ve read on it. As the guy uses it in his business, I tend to be a bit wary of the claims.

I happen to have a sample of the stuff.
No, haven`t tried it. Don`t know when/if I will either. Just felt like "flaunting!"
